What Happens Next
- We call you back. Usually the same day, to ask a few questions and work out whether this is urgent or schedulable.
- We inspect the roof. Including the cavity where there is access, because leaks are rarely where the stain is. We photograph what we find.
- You get a written quote. Itemised, GST inclusive, with the photographs attached and the licence number on it. No obligation to proceed.
What to Tell Us
The more you can say in the form, the more useful the first call is. Helpful details: when you first noticed it, whether it only happens in heavy rain, whether the roof is tile or metal, roughly how old the house is, and whether it is single or two storey. Photographs of a ceiling stain are genuinely useful — but please do not go up onto the roof to take any.
